CANCELLATION POLICY: As a small business we rely heavily upon advance reservations. As such, our reservations are subject to a minimum 10 day cancellation policy. Holidays and any weekend reservations in October and August are subject to 30 day cancellation. All cancellations received within the cancellation period will be charged a minimum of one night's stay if the full reservation is not rebooked. All cancelations made within 48 hours of check-in will result in a full charge unless the rooms are filled. Reservations encompassing the entire inn require full advance non-refundable payment. EMAIL AND VOICEMAIL CANCELLATIONS ARE INVALID WITHOUT AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. You may apply a cancellation charge to your next booking if made within one year.

Current Packages and Discounts

Business Rates - $75/night, plus tax. Includes a continental breakfast. Sunday through Thursday nights, single occupancy, only.

Romance Packages - This package includes lodging for 2 nights with breakfast each morning. Flowers and chilled champagne upon arrival. If you have honeymooned with us previously we would like to extend a discount. Upon departure, you will be presented with our Romance Basket. Please call for rate/rooms information.

Ski and Stay Package - This package includes two lift tickets to Crotched Moutain Ski & Ride with two or more nights stay.

Ski/Snowshoe Package - This package includes two or more nights lodging. In conjunction with Windblown Cross Country Skiing enjoy 35 km of trails and a teaching field. All ability levels accommodated. Discounted trail tickets, miles of beautiful views, capped off with hot cider, tea, and tasty treats when you return to the Inn.This package is available November - March. Call for rate information.

Victorian Tea Time -Take a stroll down Memory Lane when ladies dressed in their Sunday best and settled down to afternoon tea. Introducing "Victorian Tea-Time" at the Benjamin Prescott Inn.Sunday from 2:00-4:00 pm. Enjoy all homebaked scones, tea sandwiches,tartlets, sweet delights! Advanced arrangement and reservations are required. We can accommodate up to 20 persons with a minimum of 6 guests. $15. per person. Please call 603-532-6637.

Falconry Package- Want to tame some wildlife this weekend?

Together, learn the art of falconry in the shadow of Mt. Monadnock amidst beautiful countryside. Held at the inn or at their school our falconry package includes two nights stay with breakfast and a two hour class given by the New Hampshire School of Falconry, providing each individual with hands-on falconry experience and memories to last a lifetime.

Pricing: $259.00 + tax/person, double occupancy, minimum of 3 adults in group or $479 + tax per couple.
