Corporate Rate $85 per night single occupancy.
A full breakfast is included each day. Raspberry Ice tea welcomes you in the afternoons during the summer along with hot chocolate and an assortment of teas in the winter.	DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: Reservations must be cancelled before 10 days. Reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival will be charged for the FULL amount of the stay unless we are able to re-book the room. This also applies to early departures. Charges for cancelled rooms may be applied toward a future stay within one year of the cancellation.
We offer king, queen, double, and twin beds in ten guest rooms and suites, all with private baths.
Children are most welcome over 12 years of age. No pets can be accommodated.	EXCEPTIONS: Fall foliage season requires cancellation 28 days prior to the date reserved.
We have a SMOKE-FREE home. Smoking is allowed in the parking lot only.	Summer and Fall weekends have minimum two nights stay.
General Rates range from $99 to $210, double occupancy.	PAYMENT may be made by cash, check, traveler's check or credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Peak rates range from $129 to $255, double occupancy.

All rates are double occupancy. A New Hampshire rooms and meals tax is added. Gratuities are appropriate and appreciated. For additional person(s) in a room, add $25 each. Only the John Adams Suite can accommodate addl. persons. Rates are subject to change, so please call to verify. Minimum nite stays do apply to high volume weekends through the year (e.g. holidays, foliage, graduations, local events).
